Our Yoga Nidra session is an introductory 60-minute session designed to help you find peace, reduce stress, and reset your nervous system. If you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling with sleep, this is for you. This session aims to rest the body to help you reach a deep state of relaxation, almost like being in a peaceful dream. For those who are interested, a mind-clearing technique is available. You'll be guided while lying comfortably on the floor throughout the session.
The yogis believe 30-45 minutes of this deep rest equals 4 hours of quality sleep.
*Yoga mats, blankets, and props provided at no additional cost at the studio. If you wish, please bring an eye mask.
Instructions:
1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Use the keypad outside to let us know you've arrived; we'll unlock the door for you.
2. Use the restroom ahead of time.
3. Plan to stay the entire hour.
4. Turn off your phone.
5. If you have discomfort laying on your back, use a blanket, roll it up, and place it behind your knees or ask Ka Zoua for support.
6. Come with an open mind and be ready to receive what your body needs for that day.
7. All purchases are final.
