Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that promotes profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Practiced lying down in a comfortable position, Yoga Nidra systematically guides you through a journey of inner awareness, using techniques such as body scanning, breath awareness, visualization, and intention-settingYoga Nidra brings you to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping—where the body deeply relaxes, and the mind remains alert and receptive.
