Relax, recharge and go deeper into healing with yoga nidra. Class will consist of 30-40 minutes of gentle asana postures, suitable for all mobility levels, and a 20 minute yoga nidra relaxation practice. Yoga Nidra is a sense withdrawal practice that allows us to still the mind and real step into the mind body spirit connection.
