Rest, renew, and revitalize the senses and the soul.
In this 2-hour song-filled, soothing experience, participants will be sweetly serenaded and gently guided through
We will begin with simple grounding and centering, some gentle movement to arrive within the vessels of our bodies, and a song or two led in a community singing style to dissolve hard edges and soften into full presence. Then, participants will be invited to lay down and rest their weary bones as the practice of yoga nidra gets underway. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation designed to support practitioners in cultivating increasingly expansive states of inner clarity and awareness. Throughout the entirety of the practice, song will be interwoven along with other healing sounds, tones, and prayers into a tapestry of vital beauty and depth.
Shri Steep is a humble student and ardent devotee of Devī, the divine feminine in all Her forms. Her voice has been described as activating, opening, and unlocking, and she can often be found crafting and sharing songs with audiences the world over.
She does not pretend to know much of anything at all, but seeks rather to invite all in her presence into a permissive state of inner discovery where the answers they need arrive within themselves, and stillness and inner quietude become the guide.
