Learn how to get out of your busy mind and into the present moment, stop worrying about a future, regretting the past, and learn to listen and feel your body to understand and break through your blockages and trauma. Change your brain waves to be deeply meditative and relaxing Theta waves. These waves are deeply restorative and allow you to feel relaxed even if you’ve got a lot going on.
Tummo Breathing (Inspired by the Wim Hof Method) is designed to help you get out of your head and allow you to be more easily present in the moment and feel. This style of class combines the deeply therapeutic effects of breathwork which activate and sensitize the nervous system with the deeply relaxing somatic practice of yoga nidra which changes your brain waves to be deeply restorative Theta waves of sleep.
Sound will be incorporated throughout this workshop with singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other items to help enhance the experience.
