Yoga Nidra, Aromatherapy & Slow Stitch
About this Event
Yoga Nidra, Aromatherapy & Slow Stitch
Saturday, July 11 • 2:00 PM-4:00PM
Join us for a nourishing two-hour experience that brings together the healing practices of Yoga Nidra, aromatherapy, and slow stitching.
We'll begin with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle into deep rest. From this place of stillness, you'll be invited into the gentle, meditative practice of slow stitch, working with seven hand-dyed fabric swatches inspired by the colours of the chakras. As you create, you may choose to lightly mist each swatch with an aromatherapy blend thoughtfully paired to its corresponding energy centre, adding an intentional sensory layer to your experience.
No artistic or sewing experience is needed. All materials will be provided.
This workshop is about process rather than perfection—a quiet invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the calming rhythm of hand stitching.
