Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath with Sonya

A sound bath is a sonic massage that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and stimulates the brain, nerve, muscle, and organ function. 

Sound baths are known to have a positive holistic impact on the mind and body by invoking deep rest, bringing about greater awareness in the body, reducing chronic pain, improving mood, and relieving stress and emotional trauma.  Using tools like crystal singing bowls, the voice, koshi bells, and other percussion instruments, Vibespann creates an environment for deep relaxation helping participants redirect their focus inward.  

How to Prepare:

• Yoga mats and pillows will be available
• You are welcome to bring a blanket and eye mask to maximize comfort.
• Hydrate with water
• Wear something comfortable
