✨ Laura Goethe will guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and bring the mind into a state of relaxed awareness.

✨ You’ll end with layers of soothing sound during a sound bath with Jenn Daniel. The singing bowls and other amazing sound healing instruments will enhance your relaxation and support your body’s natural healing processes.
