Studio will be warm, candlelit - full of soothing, relaxing energy.
Dress comfortably, don’t forget the comfy socks, pillow & blanket!
Feel free to bring all you need to recline in comfort on floor.
Please bring own blankets, pillow & eye pillows, if difficult to reach floor comfortably feel free to bring a “gravity chair”.
If interested in using studio bolsters please bring 2 pillowcases.
