Yoga Nidra "Yogic Sleep"- what is it?

* Focuses on deep rest, relaxation, & deep consciousness

* Offers space to explore what you need in the present moment as well as an opportunity to release “stuck” emotions

* Doesn’t involve stretches or poses

* No experience needed! Laying down, simply follow the voice guiding you.

* Reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia

Following Yoga Nidra, you will immersed in a relaxing soundbath of gongs, Tibetan & Crystal bowls, wave drum, & chimes.

Each participant will receive a Reiki-infused crystal to take home. Each crystal will complement the energy of the theme.

Bring: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring an eyemask, mat (if you need to borrow one, contact Natalia in advance), & a light blanket.

Suggested donation: $25, though all are welcome, regardless of financial situation.
