As the year begins to wind down, take this opportunity to reconnect with yourself through our Sunday Morning Yoga Nidra session themed around Releasing and Renewing. 🍂
This practice is designed to help you let go of the old and create space for new energy and intentions. As nature sheds its layers in preparation for winter, this class invites you to release what no longer serves you and renew your inner strength. 🙏🏼
During the Yoga Nidra practice, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation while I offer individualised Angelic Reiki healing to each participant. Together, these practices will support your mind, body, and spirit in finding balance and peace. 😇
What to Expect:- A peaceful, welcoming environment- Guided Yoga Nidra with the theme "Releasing and Renewing"- Individual Angelic Reiki healing during the quiet phase of the class - Deep rest and rejuvenation for your nervous system- An hour of peace to help manage stress and improve sleep
