Come join the YMCA every Monday at 6pm in front of the Greeley Park Band Shell for a FREE yoga class!Connect with others and get in shape at our weekly yoga series! Instructors will teach a 45 minute class while attendees move through their yoga practice. Make it a family outing, we love seeing kids getting into healthy practices—all ages are welcome.
This year the YMCA will be running yoga classes EVERY Monday night from July 8 - August 12. All classes run 6:00-6:45 pm. (Registration at the event begins at 5:30 pm)
Please bring your own mat. All participants will be required to fill out waivers at registration before participating.
