Loretta Jo leads a Hatha Vinyasa Masterclass* with a focus on the five compartments of the hips!*A practice enabling students an effective means to enhance their yoga practice and personal development.
These classes give students a chance to practice poses they may not have the chance to explore fully during a regular group class.
Yoga-Mojo Masterclasses are an extended practice session (90-minutes or more) -- with a focus on advanced asana w/mantra, pranayama, and meditation.
Practices may have a focus on: Hips, Hamstrings, Arm Balances, Strength, Twists, Forward Folds and/or BackBends~
Vinyasa Flow Sequencing, themes, advanced postures and more including alignment tips & cues will be provided for each pose~
This practice is open to all students and yoga teachers and combines practice, lecture and discussion and may include Mantra, Mudra & Mythology. Students are encouraged to ask questions & explore their physical, mental & spiritual practice~
