DSAP has partnered with Special Olympics Pennsylvania and Open Up PGH to bring you two Yoga Minis classes in February.
Yoga Minis is a 45-minute class meant for you to engage with your young child (10 and under), consisting of gentle movement, yoga stories, and soothing breath exercises. Multiple family members are welcome to join!
