Stretch, meditate, and unwind with our free, drop in mind and body classes taught by instructors from the YMCA of Greensboro! Every Thursday August 7 through October 2 we will meet in Bicentennial Gardens at 6 pm for an hour of relaxing yoga. All skill levels and abilities are welcome. No registration required.
