Class is open to everyone in the community and all experience levels are welcome. The ~40 minutes long vinyasa style class offers a safe space to explore breathwork, warming multi-planar movement, dynamic balance and stretching. Bring a yoga mat and water. Enjoy 1 refreshing mimosa post class and stay as long as you'd like!
