Explore the 8-Limbs of Yoga in this 2-day Yoga & Inspiration studio retreat (sleep else where, or camp out in the studio) with Kimberlyn. Join us for a weekend of nurturing, restoration, inspiration, and connection. Weekend will include two yoga practices per day, (including a self-love restorative yoga and hot stone therapy and a Yin Nidra), a gardening craft, conversation and connection and LOTS and LOTS of LAUGHTER.
