Clear space so that you can live intentionally, find purpose, and create real connections.
In yoga, the mind-body complex is sometimes compared to a pond. In order to live a more peaceful, joyful, fulfilling life, we must learn the art of stilling the pond.
With non-stop disturbances from a digital deluge of images, sounds, and information, we are subjecting our ponds to hurricane-force winds. How can we ever still them in this?
Well...we can’t.
We’ve got to limit the digital influence on our minds if we are going to have more meaningful connections, be more deeply creative and thoughtful, and live with more purpose (or even find our purpose in the first place!).
Five Sessions, Monday evenings: June 3 - July1 (Times and locations vary!!!)
Digital Detox: 4 Weeks, June 4 - July 1
(You will set your own rules for this. Discussion June 3.)
Monday, June 3, 5:30-8 pm :: Cambio Pikes Peak
Here we go!
In this session, we will discuss the how and why, including from the yogic perspective, of doing a digital detox. We'll get inspired!
You will leave with a clear intention and plan for the next 4 weeks as well as a group of people in this with you, cheering you on.
Mondays, June 10, 17, 24, 5:30-6:15 pm :: Prospect Lake*
We will take a leisurely stroll around the lake and discuss both how it’s going as well as a given topic. If there is inclement weather, we’ll meet at Cambio Pikes Peak.
Monday, July 1, 5:30-6:30 pm :: Cambio Pikes Peak
Wrap Up and Next Steps
**Amber will send a welcome email between 5/20-5/26. Please keep an eye out for an email from [email protected] and make sure we have your correct email address in your account.
This will include:
Weekly Journaling Questions to include some for before the first meeting. Nothing major, and it's ok if you don't get it done, but it will be helpful, so try to sign up prior to 5/20 so that you get the email sooner rather than later!

Turn into the first parking lot on the right. (This is after the right turn for Prospect Lake)

We will meet at the bench swing just above this and then take a circuit around the lake.
