About your Hosts!

Sasha Woodard, owner of Yama Yoga, has been teaching yoga for over a decade and has lead dozens of retreats in Colorado and Mexico. She loves encouraging her students to move their bodies, connect with community, and lilve their life to the fullest.

Jay on the Drums has hundreds of hours under his belt, drumming for yoga, zumba, and dance classes, traveling all over the country. He has even had the privileg to lead several drumming classes at Red Rocks!

Sasha and Jay are excited to lead you through a unique and fun yoga class.
