Yoga Lab: Legs + Feet / Kelly Bay & Miranda Junggren
This engaging, hands-on afternoon will focus on the legs and feet; we will explore biomechanics, experiential anatomy, and prop use, and learn collaboratively through guided discussion and small group work.
Participants can expect to:
* Increase body and movement awareness
* Explore anatomy within common yoga poses
* Experiment with pose variations and prop use
* Build confidence adapting practice to their own body
* Learn through observation and shared experience
