LEGS, HIPS, SPINAL HEALTH, SHOULDERS, NECK, SKULL, MIND

A series invites accountability, follow through and progress. This series is an in depth break down of the different poses types in yoga, encouraging safety, body awareness, technique, improvement, change, depth, alignment, energy flow & youthfulness.

Personal Accountability Coaching: upon registering, with personal attention given to you, a questionnaire will be filled out before you begin, letting Swan Michelle know of any injuries, compromised areas of the body, goals, physical changes you wish to see and implement so that she can best serve you.

For the meditations, a clear intention of the way in which your mind can choose to think will be asked of you, with the invitation to release limited beliefs , agitation or worry of the mind, for a full body consciousness of wholeness, release and joy.
This is all to support your personal wholeness, acting upon it daily, with great inspiration.

The Poses: This is for new and seasoned practitioners, providing clear tools of learning, stability, flexibility and confidence in a long standing, joyful practice.
Each week will be well rounded with a new variety of poses introduced, as well as the focus of specific asana categories such as standing poses, forward folds/hip openers, back bends and traditional sun salutations.
The use, benefits and education of props will be encouraged.

Meditation: Each class will also offer inspirations for developing a meditation practice, understanding the science and biological benefits, as we build each week with longer held periods of lying down or seated meditations, along with the encouragement and accountability to continue, with recorded meditations to keep.

Each yoga class ultimately primes us to more optimally meditate, and to linger in the impactful change in energy of the body, becoming more energy, and less matter. Focus of meditations will include: Releasing limited beliefs Rehearsing strength in physical challenge Acknowledging pain for transformation Heart Mind coherence for biological upgrade Hearing & Feeling our Higher self in the body
Class 1: LEGS General Class with Standing Pose focus and meditation
Class 2: HIPS General Class with hip opening/ forward fold focus and meditation
Class 3: SPINAL HEALTH General Class with back bend focus and meditation
Class 4: SHOULDERS General Class with Standing Pose focus and meditation
Class 5: General Class with basic inversions focus and meditation
