Together we explore postures that build mobility, stability & resilience while weaving in the breath as a bridge to stimulate & relax the nervous system. Each session is an invitation to release tension, restore balance & connect more deeply with yourself.
With over 10 years of teaching experience & 25 years as a practitioner, I guide you safely & skillfully through alignment, mindful movement, & breath awareness — ensuring the practice supports your unique body. Whether you are beginning your Yoga journey or deepening an existing practice, this class offers both challenge & nourishment in equal measure.
