Welcome to your weekly fun yoga class with me, Ali. This class is open to beginners and those with a little more experience.
A gently energising and relaxing class with lots of options throughout.
In class I’ll encourage you to chat to your classmates, take breaks and enjoy the fun of yoga.
Classes are lighthearted, friendly and welcoming.
You’ll learn how the yoga poses can help you find inner peace and calm amongst the chaos of modern life.
Simple breathing techniques, mindful meditation and easy to follow sequences will be the order of the day.
