Let's face it, at the end of the week everyone needs some time to re-center themselves and cleanse the spirit with a cold beer (first ones on us). Our Yoga in the Yard series with Sea Yoga will get rid of your Sunday scaries and guide you through a relaxing physical & mental workout, where the style of yoga varies every week. All levels are welcome, just don’t forget your yoga mat! Outdoors unless the weather pushes us inside!

On October 5th, we'll be holding puppy yoga to support our friends at Kind Keeper Animal Rescue. From 10am-4pm, 100% of the profits from Orange Crush sales will go to the rescue.
