Yoga in the yard is yoga designed to bring us back to the source of who we are, connect with the earth, with each other and to have some fun doing it. When I purchased this home I had a vision of weekly gatherings creating community and something different, something that includes ease and joy, in this yard. Yoga in the yard is that vision coming to life.
We will do yoga, class starts at 9, followed by optional time for connection and reflection.
If this sounds fun, come join.
