We have been holding this class year round for almost 3 years now! ?Join us for a relaxing Yoga class outside at Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach!
All levels are always welcome! No experience required.
We alternate class styles every other week between Yin Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga.
Yin Yoga involves long held stretches.
Slow Flow Yoga involves moving with your breath to stretch and strengthen the body.
Modifications for both classes are always offered.
Class includes a complimentary drink card.
Pre-registration appreciated but not required.
