About this Event
Join Jo Mitchell Yoga for Yoga in the Walled Garden at the Adam Smith Heritage Centre in Kirkcaldy. Located in the sheltered and seclude walled garden adjacent to the Adam Smith Heritage Centre, situated close to the Prom in Kirkcaldy, this is a 1 hour outdoor Iyengar Yoga Class.
The cost of the class is by donation with a suggested amount of £5 per person.
This outdoor yoga class is suitable for both beginners and more experienced Yoga students.
If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it along however mats will also be provided if you don't have your own.
