Yoga in the Park Pop-up at Live Oak Park

Meet near in the clearing at Live Oak Park.
This will be a gentle, all-levels yoga practice. After class, we'll enjoy some tea together while Erin leads us in a somatic awareness journaling activity.

About Yoga &:

We are a mindful social club. It all started with the question "why not meet new friends and do some yoga?"

We pair yoga with other fun activities where you can have the opportunity to build authentic friendships that extend beyond the mat.

Our classes are ~1 hour, easeful, and all-levels. We believe yoga can be practiced by every type of body. We encourage appropriate modifications for both experienced and new yogis.

Our hope for your practice: Enjoy movement. Breathe deep. Laugh. Have fun!
