This easy to follow vinyasa yoga class is suitable for all levels & perfect for beginners! Calm your mind, release tension in your body and experience the joy of yoga 🧘‍♀️
Whether you're new to Perth, just travelling through or a local, this is a great place to try yoga and meet new friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
✨No need to pre-book, just show up!
✨LOCATION: Hyde Park: Cnr William St & Glendower St, Perth

✨PLEASE BRING: Water bottle & yoga mat or a towel (we have a few spare yoga mats that you can use - free of charge)
✨CLASS SCHEDULE:
🌴 SATURDAY: 9:00-10:00am
🌴 SUNDAY: 9:00-10:00am
*Classes run every Saturday & Sunday from October-May with extra evening classes added during Jan-March.
✨COST: All Yoga In The Park classes are 'Pay As You Feel' - you’re welcome to pay as you feel or as you can afford for the class. We accept cash or card on the day.
✨WHAT TO EXPECT:
In this 1 hour beginner friendly Vinyasa Yoga class you’ll flow from one pose to the next, connecting movement with breath. You’ll work on your strength, balance and flexibility as well as practice mindfulness.
Don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before, our classes are perfect for beginners! We’ll be demonstrating the whole class & giving lots of instructions so you can follow along and give it a go 🙂
✨NO PRE-BOOKING REQUIRED: You can just turn up!

✨WHEN IT RAINS: Classes will move indoors to our Highgate studio and will still be 'pay as you feel' with cash & card accepted. As we have limited studio space, please book in via the website if possible and try to arrive at least 5-10mins before class.
