Yoga In The Park : New Orleans

Yoga promotes peace and stability, while spending time in nature calms our minds and boosts our confidence. When we combine these two elements, something magical happens!

This class will focus on a mindful blend of strengthening, balancing, and opening poses, accompanied by just the right amount of relaxation. You'll leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and more at peace.

We will meet at 1:45 PM in the parking lot on Riverview Drive, just north of Tea Room Drive. On Google Maps, it says Butterfly Pavilion. I will be holding a clipboard with a sign and will have an extra-large yellow gear bag.

The class will last one hour, starting at 2:00 PM in the park.

Please bring a yoga mat, a folded blanket, or a large beach towel, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing in layers.

Everyone is welcome! Modifications will be provided to ensure that everyone can participate.
