It's time to get outside and enjoy nature! This 11am-12pm Flow class is the perfect way to begin your Saturday! Until the end of August, be one with nature and learn about sustainability and how it benefits the natural environment around us! We practice in the heart of Edmonton, so there is so much to do right after your practice - make sure you go explore! There is also a playground available so feel free to bring your kids and let's enjoy this beautiful summer! Yoga in the Park is weather dependent. If class is cancelled before the start time or within the first 30 minutes after class has begun you may be refunded or choose to reschedule. If class has begun, after the 30-minute mark, refunds & rescheduling will not be permitted. Thank you for your understanding!
