Yoga in the Park is a community yoga class held on the south lawn of the Donald J. Hall Sculpture Park at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. Our community has been gathering for practice among the shuttlecocks for over a decade.☀️Class is EVERY Sunday @ 2PM☀️
Make sure to follow @KCYogaInThePark on FB & IG for announcements - if we ever need to cancel our practice due to weather, this is where we'll let you know.
✔️What to Bring✔️
Water, Sunscreen, a Yoga Mat/Towel/Blanket (or practice on the grass) & a Friend!
Our classes are led by a rotating group of volunteer yoga teachers from all over the KC metro. Our community promotes diversity and inclusion of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. We are completely open to the public and ALL are welcome at our practice!
