Join us for an all levels/all welcome Yoga in the Park class every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm at the Inverness Liberty Park to work on intentional movement, breathwork and connection with nature & others.✨ Explore and reclaim your balance
✨ Find friendship & connection with others
✨ Cultivate a playful & joyful spirit
Please bring:
- Yoga mat, any props you use and a blanket/towel for savasana
- Plenty of water
- Sunscreen or bug spray
- Love donation for your teacher ?
- Your favorite human/fur are baby
- An open, curious heart & mind
✨We meet at Liberty Park under the Gazebo or the Depot depending on weather. Class is in rain or shine
