🌿 Welcome to Yoga in the Park! 🌿Get ready to stretch, breathe, and unwind in the heart of Salt Lake City with our free, outdoor yoga classes! Every Sunday morning in May and June, join us at Pioneer Park for an hour of rejuvenating yoga led by certified instructors from Full Circle Yoga & Therapy.
Suitable for all levels! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our instructors will guide you through a practice that suits your level. Modifications are always available!
These classes are completely free to attend. Just show up, sign a waiver, and join us on the mat!
Kids are more than welcome to join in the fun, but we recommend they're accompanied by an adult and can participate safely.
What to bring: Your friends, your family, a water bottle, and a yoga mat. Don't worry if you don't have a mat; we have a limited supply available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis!
What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that allows you to move freely. And don't forget the sunscreen!
Let's kick off our Sundays with some zen vibes, community connection, and a whole lot of feel-good yoga. See you at the park!
