Bring a mat and join us Saturdays at 8 am at the Community Park pavilion behind Paul Smith field for Yoga in the Park. We will do a half hour gentle yoga practice while enjoying our natural surroundings. There is no cost but donations are appreciated. This month all donations will be gifted to Crisis Nursery.
