Yoga In the Park

Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga class in the park, designed to help you reconnect with nature while rejuvenating your body and mind. This class will cover gentle movements, breathing exercises, and stretches suitable for all levels. Surrounded by greenery and open skies, this session is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, providing an energizing start to your day.

The class will be held at Jumeirah Lakes Towers Park in Dubai, a beautiful shaded green space known for its scenic views and tranquil ambiance.

We'll gather near the basketball courts and move to a grassy area nearby.

The closest Metro Station is DMCC Metro Station. From the station, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to the courts:

• Exit DMCC Metro Station: Use Exit 1, which takes you out toward the JLT side.
• After exiting, head down Al Sarayat Street, moving toward the main JLT clusters.
• Continue on Al Sarayat until you reach Sheikh Zayed Road.
• Use the pedestrian bridge to cross Sheikh Zayed Road safely.
• Enter JLT Park: You’ll find the basketball courts near the main green spaces in the park.
  

• Yoga Mat or Towel: To stay comfortable during floor poses
• Water Bottle: To stay hydrated
• Comfortable Clothing: Suitable for movement and weather

This class is donation-based, allowing everyone to contribute what feels comfortable. Suggested donations are $5-$15, though any amount is greatly appreciated.
