Start your weekend with movement, mindfulness, and community! Join Avon Lake Yoga every Saturday at 9:00 AM for a refreshing All Levels Flow Yoga session at Veterans' Memorial Park, 32756 Lake Road.

• Time: Saturdays at 9:00 AM
• Duration: ~1 hour
• Cost: FREE – Donations are appreciated and support our dedicated volunteer instructors.
• Registration: No need to sign up—just show up and sign in with the instructor!
📍 Location & Parking
• Yoga is held at Veterans' Memorial Park.
• Parking available in front of the Lakehouse and the Folger Home.
• Overflow parking across Lake Road at the Old Firehouse Community Center.
🚫 No Class Dates
• July 5th and August 30th – Enjoy the holiday weekends!

• Class will be canceled in the event of rain or poor weather.
