Yoga in the Mountains

Event Details:

Connect with nature and your peaceful self with Yoga in the Mountains. This is a gentle, family-friendly event where a mindfulness approach to Hatha yoga is used to release stress and reconnect with the loving, carefree inner SELF for greater peace and presence in the here and now. A yoga mat, water, and free-moving clothing is recommended for this experience.

Schedule:

Yoga in the Mountains is held every *third Saturday from **9:00am - 10:00am

*Yoga will take place the second Saturday of the month in September and October 2022.

**On October 8th, yoga will be held from 10:45am-11:45am

Tickets are non-refundable and registration is available based on a three-tiered justice pricing structure. You are invited to reflect on what you’re able to contribute and if you’re in a position to pay at the higher end of the pricing scale to support others who are not able at this time.
