Let's gather together to celebrate yoga and community with Yoga in the Glen instructors Lisa and Alice, and Hayley and Grant from the Dunfermline & West Fife: Wellbeing Through Heritage project.
Over coffee and cake (or tea and biscuits!)we will take the time to share stories and reflect on our experiences of being part of this weekly outdoor yoga session.
