Yoga studio Tula Yoga provides an all-levels yoga series at Garvan Woodland Gardens. Each class involves gentle grounding poses, invigorating breath work, intentional connection with nature, all followed by a 10-minute guided meditation. Come enjoy an enchanting morning receiving the fantastic benefits of both yoga and nature. Bring your own mat and your most favorite people. Please check in at the ticket booth upon arrival and allow for a 5-minute walk to your destination.
