With Stacie SuterJoin dedicated wellness teacher Stacie for 60 minutes of connection with nature through slow yoga flow, meditation and sound healing.
This session will include 30 minutes of simple yoga flow and breathing techniques to re-balance the body and mind. For the remaining time, relax with a guided mindfulness meditation and soak up the vibrations of singing bowls through sound healing. No experience required.
