Come and enjoy yoga in the garden with us. This class is open to all levels of practice and beginner friendly. It will combine alignment, movement, and balance in a slow flow. You can expect a challenging and fun yet relaxing class that will leave you feeling more connected to your breath and in tune with yourself.This class will be held outdoors. Suitable for adults and teens. Please bring your own yoga mat.
