Yoga in the Garden

With over 1200 acres of breathing room including peaceful indoor spaces the Arboretum serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind body and spirit in one of the greenest spaces in Minnesota. Our Yoga in the Gardens series features year-round wellness classes led by local instructors. Classes include traditional yoga meditation sound healing and more allowing you to explore what yoga is truly about. Your yoga ticket includes admission to the Arboretum - we’d love for you to experience our gardens before or after your yoga practice.
