Yoga In The Garden (Donation Based)

Join us for a donation-based yoga class featuring Vinyasa, a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga elements. The session will begin with grounding exercises and breath awareness, leading into a warm-up and asana practice. You'll be guided to synchronize your breath with movement, encouraging you to take up space and drop your to-do list.
