Join us for a one hour, slow vinyasa style class surrounded by inspirational works of art! This class will be led by Amy McGuire,
E-RYT 200 instructor and owner of Balance Yoga & Lifestyle. Class will be held upstairs in the main gallery at the Center for the Arts in Downtown Panama City. Give yourself this time to breathe, move your body, and be inspired in this creative space!
All levels are welcome. Please bring your friends, and your own yoga mat! Yoga in the Gallery is a FUN way to start off your weekend with lots of good yoga vibes.
Balance Yoga & Lifestyle will donate a portion of the proceeds of this class to the Center for the Arts to support their programs.
