Come play in the forest and celebrate the magical energy of autumn! 🍁 Using gentle breath work, grounding postures, and slow vinyasa flows, we will explore how this season invites us to reveal our own inner beauty by releasing the old and inviting the new! Time: Sunday, September 29th @ 1:00 (Doors will open at 12:40 to allow everyone to get settled before class)

Tickets: $15 per person which includes one free drink after class (alcoholic and nonalcoholic options available)

All ages are welcome at the Enchanted Forest on Sunday, but please be mindful of other participants when deciding to bring children. This is a class geared toward adults but will also be accessible for mature tweens and teens. 💗
