Enjoy a beautiful, restorative Yoga class led by world-class, award winning Personal Trainer, Sherri McMillan. Participants will be blindfolded, embracing curiosity, deepening connection to one another, and exploring movement with fresh perspective alongside NWABA athletes. Yoga flow will be multi-level and will focus on flexibility, mobility, muscle endurance, and stress relief. Register early as only 20 spots are available. Cost is by donation to Northwest Association for Blind Athletes. Suggested minimum donation of $25.
