Namaste! - Ease into Sunday Morning at WBW and join us for Yoga Works. This hour-long class, including a 15-minute beer meditation, in the serene environment of the Alamo Room is open to all and has been created to relieve tight muscles and joints without strain. Reconnect with yourself, and finish with a beer meditation. (Brewer’s Note: “Is there any other kind?”)The class is $15 and includes a beer or cider. Open to all, no experience necessary, but please bring your own Yoga Mat.
