Yoga in Nature

Join Daphne Lyon for a monthly, all-levels yoga class (beginner-friendly) to begin your fall weekend with calm and connection. We’ll move, breathe, and connect to ourselves and the natural world around us. Classes will be held indoors in the beautiful Nature Center, with the option to practice on the porch if the weather is especially nice. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Sign up for the LEEF newsletter to stay updated on future dates.

This is a free event, donations are welcome but not expected.
