Hi Yogis!

I'd love to welcome you to an immersive experience of Yoga, lights + meditation. This sensory experience welcomes all levels, all people from every walk of life regardless of age or fitness. Our intention is to support community, bring positivity and spread awareness of the ancient practice of asanas in the 8 limbs of Yoga. Join us in connecting mind + body to build for a more peaceful life experience. This event is in collaboration with The ReUp Juice bar and they will be providing drink discount tickets after class!

SCHEDULE:

7PM - Doors open

7:30PM - Class begins / Breath work + Electric movements

8:30PM - Class ends with a Sound Bath Meditation

8:45PM - Juice bar

Jen became certified earlier this year in Bali, Indonesia and has since been teaching Kids Yoga, hosting private classes and events and growing her personal practice in conscious community throughout Houston.
